When you stop taking birth control, your body needs time to readjust to its natural rhythm and hormone production. Specific herbs, vitamins, and minerals can support hormonal health and detoxification during this transition, so that you can experience more comfort and ease as your system rebalances.

PostPill Ease combines several herbs traditionally used to help reestablish healthy estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone levels –  including maca root, Rhodiola rosea, chaste tree berry, and wild yam. It also includes the essential vitamins and minerals hormonal birth control can deplete, which are needed for a healthy metabolism, energy and stress support, a regular menstrual cycle, and fertility.

Chaste Tree Berry

Chaste tree berry, also known as Vitex agnus-castus, is particularly beneficial for women’s hormonal health because it influences the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis, which is critical for hormonal balance. It’s used to help manage PMS symptoms like headaches, breast tenderness, irritability, and acne.

FAQs

Why was this product formulated as a powder instead of a pill?

This powdered formula doesn’t contain the gums and fillers that common hormone support capsule supplements may have – and therefore, may be easier to break down and absorb (especially with compromised gut health which is often linked to hormonal imbalances)

How long should I take PostPill Ease?

Since everyone’s system, health history, and current state of health is different, unfortunately we can’t give specific timeline recommendations. However, your healthcare provider will be able to guide you on timeline and dosage.

In general, PostPill Ease is rapidly absorbed which means you should start to feel an improvement in your symptoms within three months.

Will PostPill Ease affect my menstrual cycle?

It may cause slight changes for one to two months while your body rebalances. This should be temporary, but always seek the help of a trusted practitioner if you have further concerns, as you may benefit from testing.

Can I mix PostPill Ease with other hormone balancing supplements?

Yes you may, but please be cautious when taking it alongside other supplements that contain B vitamins (such as NanoGlut+B or a Vitamin B-complex).

An excess of B vitamins can make you feel jittery or overstimulated – but won’t cause any harm to your system as they’re water soluble vitamins and easily flushed from the kidneys.

Can I take PostPill Ease while I'm still taking birth control?

Yes you can. The nutrients in PostPill Ease provide key nutrients to promote overall hormonal balance whether you’re on birth control, have never taken birth control, or have recently discontinued taking it.

Can I take PostPill Ease with NanoGlut+B?

Yes. NanoGlut+B is a potent liver support supplement because it contains the master antioxidant glutathione and the full spectrum of antioxidant B vitamins. Supporting liver detoxification positively influences hormonal balance because it helps the body eliminate excess hormones, such as estrogen.

Supporting balanced estrogen levels is key for minimizing potential discomfort when discontinuing hormonal birth control. The liver also makes the cholesterol that’s needed to synthesize sex hormones, making liver support essential for overall hormonal health.

Pairing NanoGlut+B with PostPill Ease gives your system a dual-approach to hormone balance by supporting the liver and supporting hormone production.

When should you NOT take NanoGlut+B with PostPill Ease?If you’re sensitive to methylated B vitamins, do not take both at the same time. Take one or the other.

With B vitamins being naturally energizing, you may also want to avoid taking PostPill Ease and NanoGlut+B together past 3 PM to prevent sleep pattern disruptions.
